The 1802 Apprentices Act

There are several ways that the phrase "which group of workers" could be interpreted. The first team that answered this question in the match I took part in took it to mean "workers in what industry", and answered "miners". This was clearly incorrect, but what if they'd answered "factory workers"?

Given the title of the Act, I don't see how you could exclude "apprentices" as a correct answer either.

As I pointed out last week, the Guidance for Question Setters state (and have done since time immoral): "Do not include questions with more than one, or indeed multiple, answers. Make sure each question you have written only has ONE correct answer."
